Interview: Actors on Actors

    Yanelba took part in an episode of “Actors on Actors” with Aileen Pujols, writer, producer, and lead of Niña Linda Film.

    Aileen and Yanelba talked about their recent projects and what they learned about the characters they played, Yanelba shared differences between the acting industry now vs when she started, and she also shared advice for new actors which can actually be applied by others in different career paths.

      On Sunday, December 8th, 2024 at 7:30pm EST, Niña Linda premiered. The premiere was held at Rue Auditorium in Rider University (Lawrenceville, New Jersey). It was a full house; chairs had to be added! The film was very well received, the crew and cast are all so appreciative for all of the love and support.

      Right after the screening there was a talkback and Q&A moderated by Dr. Cynthia Lucia, Director of Film and Media Studies Program at Rider University.

          Booking: Training Video

            Yanelba just booked a SAG-AFTRA Industrial. It will be an internal use only training video for harassment prevention in the workplace.

            Booking: Lead Role in “Like Mother, Like Daughter” (Short Film)

              Yanelba has just been offered a lead role in “Like Mother, Like Daughter” written and directed by Shanolee Martinez.

              The film is in pre-production and scheduled to film before the end of the year. The team is raising funds via GoFundMe, any and all donations are greatly appreciated.

              Booked in Hello Brooklyn! (Short Film)

                Earlier this week, Yanelba booked a supporting role in “Hello Brooklyn!” The film is written, produced, directed and led by Dustin Prestige. And the best part is that Yanelba didn’t even have to audition, thanks to TCS Casting for putting her in front of the production team! The film shoots this week and will premiere in the Fall of 2024.
